We have cleared the obstacles
for loving users
Zdeněk and Richard lead a company that has grown to 3,214 users without product designers. They managed to build and program an application that over three thousand users liked, even though it was in many ways complicated to use. Our task was to redesign the application and prepare it for further growth, which was no longer possible under the then state and with the design at that time.
We disassembled the functionalities, tested and designed simpler and more efficient versions of them. We designed a hierarchy of projects and helped with orientation in the application. All this was accompanied by several hours of cals, as Zdeněk and Richard wanted to have a great degree of certainty in every step, since they already had a commitment to a large number of users.
It costs time and money, but the result is worth it.

With Peter, we went into the depth of the product, its purpose and use. They were setting up a product strategy. Martin is an artist who was able to design a unique graphic style and functional UX. Everything in the product had to earn its place. It costs time and money, but the result is worth it.
Almost two years later, we are still leaning on what we devised together and there is no need for more significant changes. Together, we were able to build solid foundations that are easy to build on.
With the study of Remembership, we embarked on great changes and succeeded.

The project has taken an extremely careful path. They constantly improved and deepened expert functions, and over time they forgot about users with much more pragmatic needs. We helped them untangle themselves from the endless robustness of the app and made everything simple together. The goal was also to design a more attractive visual, not just fix the UX.
